Hi, I am currently enrolled in Newcastle College's T-Level digital infrastructure and support services course. During the course, I've studied the fundamentals of networking and IT infrastructure. I am now looking for a part-time work in the evenings and weekends; it does not have to be in the IT field. I am entirely available on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Work Experience
IT Technician at Queen Elizabeth Hospital
From July 1st 2024 To September 2nd
Over the length of my placement at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, I have located and repaired over 150
devices for the trust. Furthermore, I now understand how businesses should communicate with their
clients face to face. While I mostly talked with ward managers, I did have the opportunity to interact
with nurses and other hospital staff.
Because of the large volume of work that needed to be completed, project time management was one of
the most important skills I developed during my placement.
The Q.E hospital is fairly huge, therefore travelling across it can be time-consuming and difficult
to navigate. However, I was able to engage with my colleagues to develop the most efficient
techniques to repair and distribute devices around the trust.
Skills
• Microsoft Windows Server.
• Cisco Routing and Switching
• Network Planning and implementation
• Communication with technical and non-technical peers
